Thank you for using Fluensio, a product of SoftPeo.
This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled for subscriptions and services purchased through Fluensio.
1. No Automatic Refunds
All payments made for Fluensio subscriptions or features are non-refundable by default.
However, exceptions may be made in specific, verifiable cases as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request may be considered if:
• The payment was successfully processed, but the promised benefits (such as increased limits, credits, or access) were not received.
• A duplicate or accidental payment was made.
• The user contacts Fluensio Support within 48 hours of the transaction and has not used any part of the purchased benefits.
Refunds requested after this window or for used benefits will not be eligible.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@fluensio.com.
Include the following details for faster resolution:
• Your registered email address
• Payment ID or Transaction ID
• Date of payment
• Explanation of the issue
• Any relevant screenshots or proof
Our team will review and investigate the request. If approved, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days through Razorpay or your original payment method.
4. Investigation Process
All refund requests are subject to verification.
We may require additional information or documents to confirm payment status and usage of benefits.
Refund approval or rejection will be communicated via email.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
• The user has already used any part of the purchased plan or credits.
• The user simply changes their mind or decides to stop using Fluensio.
• The refund request is made after 48 hours of payment.
• Fraudulent or misuse attempts are detected.
